Marcy Raska is a technical assistance (TA) specialist for HV-ImpACT & HV CoIIN. She has 35 years of public health nursing experience, specializing in maternal, infant and child health. Her projects include improving maternal depression outcomes, family engagement, and team-building innovation strategies as they apply to home visiting.

Raska provides trainings and TA to MIECHV grantees on effective strategies for family engagement and retention, workforce development, and parent leadership. She has led initiatives to assist awardees to foster collaborations and to integrate early childhood home visitation services to improve outcomes for young children and their families. Her subject matter expertise includes continuous quality improvement and the breakthrough series method to improve maternal and child health outcomes.

Raska holds a BSN in Nursing from Eastern Michigan University.
