Alisha Keirstead is a program designer and manager with expertise in orphans and vulnerable children (OVC), HIV, and adolescent health programs. Under her leadership, EDC has established highly successful models for OVC case management and digital data management systems for family-centered OVC and HIV care, which have been featured at the International AIDS Conference, Global Social Service Workforce Symposium, and other public health venues. She has developed and supported EDC’s health programs in multiple countries, including the Democratic Republic of the Congo, South Africa, and Zambia.  


Keirstead holds a Master of Public Health in International Health from Oregon State University and speaks English and French.
