Inquiring into Schools as Learning Communities

This section carries on in the same format as the previous two.

The propositions are intended to stimulate, sometimes even provoke, debate. The questions are intended to raise important issues, but there will be others which you will want to raise yourselves. Essentially, a "learning community" is described as an organization which is committed to continuing its learning, and which encourages, supports, and facilitates all of its members in their learning.
