    First Lady Laura Bush will host the first National Book Festival at
    the Library of Congress on September 8. The event is free and open to
    the public. Details are about the Festival are on the Festival's Web
    site <http://www.loc.gov/bookfest/>.

    You are also invited to participate in the event as a volunteer. If
