Subject: Re: Help needed: Plessy v. Ferguson sources
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Greetings,
Take a look at Eric Sundquist book To Wake the Nations
and the chapter where he discusses Twain's novel
Puddinhead Wilson as a response to Plessy v. Ferguson.
His treatment of the novel and the case should lead to
some first source newspaper articles.
