Dear Betty:
I visited the Kosovo map site. This is a great addition to the
resources available to social studies teachers through the AM sites.
Locating accurate maps of places in the news is problematic. In most
instances places in the news are remote, a product of recent boundary
changes, or too small to see on most classroom maps. This will be a
site that teachers bookmark and either access directly in the classroom
or use to make an overhead on a regular basis.
