Sheila Rodriguez has extensive technical assistance expertise working with state education agencies, districts, and schools and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. She has conducted evaluations and evaluation trainings focused on after-school programming. She is a member of the project team for REL Northeast & Islands at EDC, where she provides technical assistance to state education personnel and other stakeholder groups.

Rodriguez developed and leads a continuous improvement workshop for K–12 educators, introducing the process and the tools that guide implementation. She also has experience working with various stakeholder groups and in facilitating meetings and trainings.

Rodriguez earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Education Studies from Brown University and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Argosy University–Schaumburg.
