Matthew Hoffmann, EDC operations project manager, is an expert in designing and overseeing efficient management systems. He brings 15 years of experience in program administration, human resources, financial management, and technology integration. A skilled leader and organizational effectiveness specialist, he brings a strong record of ensuring programmatic compliance and adherence to policies and procedures.
Hoffmann advances the goals of several EDC initiatives focused on mental health, including a project that is supporting the implementation of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
Previously, Hoffman served as director of operations for special education for Baltimore City Public Schools.
Hoffmann holds an MA in Instructional Systems Design from the University of Maryland and a BA in History from the University of Lynchburg.
