Laura Dillon-Binkley designs, implements, and provides technical support to youth employability and entrepreneurship programs, especially in conflict and post-conflict environments. She has expertise in working with national ministries on curriculum improvement linked to market demands, helping youth gain technical and soft skills to make them more employable, and strengthening the capacity of governmental institutions and local nongovernmental organizations.
Dillon-Binkley has supported EDC’s workforce development programs in Liberia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Djibouti, and Senegal. She brings a focus on the participation of key stakeholders and sustainability to ensure that project impacts continue beyond the end of a project.
Dillon-Binkley holds an MBA with a focus on International Business from George Washington University and an MA in International Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University. She is fluent in French.
