Brittany Hebert is a monitoring, evaluation, and research technical advisor providing monitoring and evaluation (M&E) technical assistance to projects internationally, including countries such as the Philippines, Rwanda, Liberia, Honduras, Zambia and Ghana. She conducts project monitoring, designs program evaluations and studies, and analyzes and reports outcomes to key stakeholders.

Throughout her career, Hebert has designed and conducted quantitative and qualitative research and evaluation in the areas of girls’ education, gender, literacy, numeracy, early childhood development, youth workforce development, youth literacy, social behavior change communication, and health education. She also is the M&E lead for EDC’s Out-of-School Youth Literacy Assessment (OLA), which is a tool that measures reading skills of vulnerable youth in low-resource countries.

Hebert has a MA in International Development from the American University
