EDC Vice President Michael Pelletier serves as the director of Domestic Programs within the Office of Sponsored Programs (OSP) where he administers sponsored programs for the U.S. Division. He provides leadership for all domestic OSP staff and activities, including pre- and post-award grant, contract, and sub-award administration and negotiation. He also promotes compliance with existing policies and procedures and collaborates on the development of new policies, procedures, and business systems as needed.
Michael participates in a variety of initiatives across the Administration and Finance Division as well as EDC’s two program divisions. Additionally, he oversees the Human Protections Program and Procurement for domestic projects.
Michael began his career in sponsored programs administration at MIT, where he worked for six years before coming to EDC. At EDC, he has been a member of OSP for 29 years, providing guidance and support for EDC’s programs and staff.
Michael holds a BA from Colby College and an MA in performance from the Curtis Institute of Music. He is a member of the Society of Research Administrators and the National Contract Management Association.
