Vivian Guilfoy

Vivian Guilfoy, senior vice president,brings more than 30 years experience in designing, managing, evaluating, and disseminating model programs in workforce development, education reform, and community development. She has a special interest in facilitating partnerships and strengthening systems that help all learners achieve, especially those who face multiple obstacles in school or work. Many of the EDC projects she oversees focus on the use of information and communications technologies as a tool for success.

Guilfoy received a bachelor of sciences in social sciences from the University of Pennsylvania and her master of arts in educational research from the University of Pittsburgh.
