Director of Operations
Tom Rielly is an EDC vice president and the director of operations. Since joining EDC in 1987, Rielly has led many EDC-wide initiatives. Most recently, he had major responsibilities for the selection of and move to EDC’s new headquarters in Waltham, Massachusetts. Rielly was also a leader in the development of EDC’s first strategic plan in 2008.
Prior to joining EDC, Rielly worked at a youth center in Dorchester, Massachusetts. He holds a bachelor of science degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston and a master’s degree in education from Harvard University.
