Cheryl Hoffman-Bray is a vice president and EDC’s chief financial officer, responsible for the financial management of EDC’s central business administration and oversight for all its domestic and international programs. She is also a member of EDC’s policy-making management council. Hoffman-Bray serves as a resource to other members of senior management on matters of strategy, fiscal control, profitability and federal regulatory compliance.
Hoffman-Bray has extensive experience in all aspects of financial leadership, coming from Harvard University where she served as dean of finance and chief financial officer for Harvard’s faculty of arts and sciences. Prior to joining Harvard, Hoffman-Bray served as the CFO for both the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and the New England Deaconess Hospital.
Hoffman-Bray, a certified public accountant, holds her bachelor of science and master’s degrees from SUNY/Albany. She is an active member of The Boston Club and serves on several corporate boards.
