Working with Vulcan Productions and the Paul G. Allen Family Foundation, CLLC is developing, implementing, and evaluating a set of materials designed to help leadership teams be more effective leaders of quality instruction in their schools and districts. The Toolkit features a keynote video, a series of instructional modules for Leadership Teams, and an extensive suite of resources for teachers. The scope of the pilot project includes materials development, production, field tests, and roll-out in selected sites in Washington, and evaluation to assess the impact of broader state-wide and/or regional distribution.
