MEGA-SkY is a development program that addresses two issues of major concern to the education sector in India: (a) how to provide greater educational opportunities for disadvantaged Muslim children (the Program’s MEGA Component); and (b) how to strengthen livelihood skill training policies and programs for youth (the Program’s SkY Component). Launched in 2009, MEGA-SkY is implemented by EDC and its partner, the International Youth Foundation (IYF).
