Minority Education and Skills Training for Youth Program (MEGA-SkY)

MEGA-SkY (Minority Education and Skills Training for Youth Program) is a development program that addresses two major concerns of India’s education sector:

  1. How to provide greater educational opportunities for disadvantaged Muslim children (MEGA component)
  2. How to strengthen livelihood skill training policies and programs for youth (SkY component)

Launched in 2009, MEGA-SkY is implemented by EDC and its partner the International Youth Foundation (IYF).

Visit EDC’s International Development Division website for additional project information and resources.
