Evaluation of MA DESE’s ARRA Title II-D Technology Competitive Grant Program

EDC is collaborating with the UMass Donahue Institute (UMDI) to evaluate the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education’s Technology Competitive Grant. The purpose of the Title II-D program is to help districts improve student academic achievement (including technology literacy) through the integration of technology in curriculum, instruction, assessment, and professional development. Program funding is typically distributed to districts via Formula and Competitive grants.
