This two-part initiative—a one-week summer institute and online follow-up during the subsequent academic year —serves education faculty who are developing content courses for graduate students in mathematics education. Summer institute participants experience aspects of being a student in such a course and gain tools and materials to create a course at their respective home universities. During the academic year, online materials and interaction support them as they develop and teach courses.
