Ken Repp is an EDC vice president and director of the Office of Sponsored Programs, where he oversees EDC’s international portfolio of grants and contracts. His primary responsibilities include providing leadership and training on USAID regulatory compliance, organizational systems development and implementation, and policy and procedure development, as well as representing EDC to local governments, ministries, and partners.

Repp has been involved in various organizational initiatives, most recently leading the selection and implementation of an EDC-wide enterprise system. He is also a member of InsideNGO, acting as a regulatory trainer and presenter and serving on the Grants and Contracts and Certificate Program Advisory Boards.

With more than 20 years of experience in the field of sponsored programs, Repp has worked with a wide range of domestic and international federal, foundation, and corporate sponsors. Prior to joining EDC, he managed the financial and administrative affairs of three public policy research centers at the Harvard School of Public Health and worked at the Harvard Institute for International Development.

Repp holds a BA in music from the University of Delaware and an MA in education from Harvard University.
