Keynote Speaker of the World Mental Health Conference

Sorry, flash is not available.

Tanya Brown suffered a mental breakdown after the murder of her sister Nicole Brown Simpson. Now, as an advocate for mental health promotion, she shares her story.

Brown will be a keynote speaker at the Sixth World Conference on the Promotion of Mental Health and Prevention of Mental and Behavioral Disorders, which will be held in Washington D.C., November 17–19, 2010.

This conference, which is cosponsored by EDC, will feature new research and be a forum for such vital issues, as healing from trauma, strategies for preventing disorders, understanding the social and economic connections to mental health, and protecting human rights. It is co-hosted by the Carter Center, Clifford Beers Foundation, and the World Federation for Mental Health.
