Education Development Center, Inc. (EDC), a global education and health nonprofit organization, is relocating its Washington, D.C., offices, effective
August 2, 2010.
EDC has signed a 10-year lease for 18,000 square feet of office space at Jefferson Court, 1025 Thomas Jefferson Street NW. Built in 1984, the new building includes extensive conference space, two courtyards, and amenities such as a new fitness center. Currently, EDC’s Washington office is located on Potomac Street NW.
“The move to new larger offices will provide the space we need to continue to keep pace with EDC’s growth and better position us for the future,” said Senior Vice President and Treasurer Robert Rotner.
