In Lebanon, U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Assistant Administrator for the Middle East Mara Rudman discussed the goals of EDC’s D-RASATI program. D-RASATI (“my studies” in Arabic) is a five-year $75 million program to improve teaching and learning in all 1,200 public schools.
