Photojournalist Karl Grobl documented the work of EDC’s Southern Sudan Interactive Radio Instruction (SSIRI) program, which designs, develops, and broadcasts cost-effective instructional programs to provide learning opportunities for children, adults, and teachers in southern Sudan.
