International Work

EDC staff share their expertise in education, health, and democratic governance with partners in more than 35 countries across 6 continents.

Whether we are developing radio lessons for primary school children in remote villages, producing unbiased news programming for a conflict-torn country, writing an HIV/AIDS curriculum, or convening a youth leadership forum, EDC is committed to in-country partnerships, deep respect for local knowledge and culture, and collaborative decision-making.

Our international work includes national school reform efforts, technology integration, distance learning methodologies, HIV/AIDS and other health education programs, youth development initiatives, and support for local governance.
