Lehigh University's Project IMPACT: An Environmental Management Case Study

This case study describes the experience of Lehigh University's Project Involving Multiple Partners in Achieving a Cultural Transformation (IMPACT), a campus and community coalition formed to address problems resulting from risky student drinking. Implementation of revised alcohol policies coincided with substantial decreases in total campus crime and alcohol-related offenses. The case study includes a review of 12 key lessons for campus and community coalitions.
