Amy Willsey is an EDC vice president and the director for new business development in the International Development Division. She is responsible for pursuing partnerships and business opportunities to expand and support EDC’s work in countries around the world. With 25 years of experience, she brings extensive knowledge about education, health, emergency relief, and rehabilitation to bear in her work at EDC.

Since joining EDC in 2008, Amy has expanded the organization’s portfolio of international projects, conducted field assessments, led the creation of a business development team, and established systems and processes to identify and track opportunities for growth. Previously, she served as the director of program development for the International Youth Foundation, where she focused on projects that supported improvements in education, employability, health, and citizenship around the globe.

Amy holds an MA in International Relations from Boston University.
