Alisha Keirstead is an international development practitioner with technical expertise in food security and nutrition, maternal-child and adolescent health, youth engagement, and gender programming. She leads new business development for EDC’s global health portfolio.
A public health specialist by training, Keirstead has designed and managed public health and development initiatives throughout Africa and the Middle East. She has significant experience working with NGOs, institutional donors, private foundations, and multinational corporations. Before joining EDC, she worked for Mercy Corps, USAID, and Counterpart International.
Keirstead holds an MA in public health from Oregon State University. She speaks French.
