The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) in the U.S. Department
of Education is responsible for monitoring enforcement of Title IX.
Each school district and state is required to have a Title IX coordinator.
If no one is listed for your state, contact the state superintendent
of education or your local superintendent.

regional Equity Assistance Center,
Comprehensive Assistance Center,
the Office for Civil Rights, or
you can call the Department of Education Customer Service Team at 800-421-3481.
