The Institute on Community Integration, a University Affiliated Program at the
University of Minnesota, produces a quarterly publication entitled IMPACT.
Each issue focuses on a different topical area regarding people with
disabilities. Past issues have included feature issues on such topics as
diversity, social inclusion, recreation and leisure, and self-determination.
We are currently preparing for the next feature issue which is on supported
parenting. We are looking for contributors or for leads on programs which
provide (or partner with an organization that provides) good models of preparing
young adults with disabilities for parenting and that provide information on
resources and supported parenting options.
