. | The DOSA Project was successfuly completed in 2001. While there will be no further updates to this website, you may contact Beryl Levinger for more information about DOSA and SEXTANT, her team's exciting new organizational capacity building methodology. Welcome to the DOSA Page, a place for forging new directions in PVO/NGO organizational capacity building. DOSA is a powerful change process that offers participating organizations concrete assessment tools and change methods suited to organizational climate and culture. The DOSA page is dedicated to helping PVOs and NGOs develop new methods to identify organizational strengths and weaknesses, interpret highly valuable data generated by the process and to translate findings into action plans for meaningful change. While you're here, why not take a tour and learn more about DOSA. We've prepared two distinctive, self-guiding circuits to ensure that you get the most out of this site. If you're part of an organization that has already used DOSA, be sure to review your results as well as the notes on interpretation, findings, and GRID, a DOSA companion tool which will help you translate DOSA scores into an effective action program. If you're thinking of becoming a first-time DOSA user, you'll probably want additional background on DOSA, a quick look at the capacity areas DOSA measures as well as a copy of the tool itself (This is a PDF file and is only viewable with the Adobe Acrobat Reader. To download the reader, click here.). And, you'll be especially interested in learning how to facilitate and score a DOSA session. If you still have questions, review our list of frequently asked questions. Once again, thanks for visiting us and welcome to the DOSA Page! |
