NYNEX Distance Learning Projects for
New York City and Dutchess County

CCT examines distance learning technologies in public high schools in New York City and Dutchess County, New York. The project identifies characteristics of effective programs, articulates processes to integrate technologies into schools, and investigates the consequences of distance learning for students and teachers.
