Collaboration for Equity

This project seeks to make equity a driving force in efforts to reform mathematics and science education. The project helps policymakers and educators examine the connection between excellence and equity, and develop policies and practices that translate laudable rhetoric into daily practice. Collaboration partners include the American Association for the Advancement of Science; Girls Incorporated; Campbell-Kibler Associates; Nancy Kreinberg, the founder of EQUALS; and Deatriz Chu Clewell of the Urban Institute.
