Hello, Judy. It appears that I could do a brief presentation on our Doing =
the Decades project for the LOC booth late on Friday, 11-17, possibly =
4-4:30. Please pass this on to Karen and she can let me know if that =
works for her.
I hope you are well. We're excited about Dr. Billington's upcoming =
presentation in San Antonio!

Hi All,
This is a request from Karen Needles (knee@loc.gov), our booth coordinator.=
Leni has already put out the call for presenters at our booth at the
National Council for the Social Studies conference Nov. 18 & 19 (Fri & =
Sat,
from 9 am-6 pm). This year we are taking our new, larger booth, and the
Librarian will be a keynote speaker.
Several people have said they'd be willing to do 45-minute presentations =
in
our booth. They are:
Mike Federspiel and Monica Edinger
Laura Wakefield
Claire Griffin
Bill Frenekes
We'd like to invite more Fellows to participate with us. Here's your
chance to showcase your students' work with American Memory! We have a new
booth, with a presentation space that includes seating and computer and
screen - state of the art! Tekkies (Karen and John) will be there to make
sure everything runs smoothly. And - best of all, we can put you down as
being Library of Congress exhibitors --- which means free registration to
the conference.
We have a limited number of exhibitor passes, so please let Karen
(knee@loc.gov) know ASAP if you can do a presentation. Also tell her when
you'd be available so she can create a schedule (this includes Mike,
Monica, Laura, Claire, and Bill).
See you in November,
Judy
