Lesson Four: Putting It All Together (2 days)
Objectives

From the perspective of the migrant selected in Lesson One, students will
in small groups compile a scrapbook.

The scrapbook will be from the the point of view of a fictional migrant
character, and will include documents detailing where the migrant traveled,
the details of the journey, and what life was life in the government camp
in California.

The scrapbook should include photographs with captions, in part made from
"voices" from Lesson Two, songs, letters, and any other materials students
wish such as maps, souvenirs, and mementoes.

Procedure

Students should have lab time to compile the visuals necessary for the
scrapbook.

Give as much class time as you wish to have students create their scrapbooks.
